LAKE TAHOE FISHING
Lake Tahoe is known for its boating, but while you are out there you can also enjoy the fishing. All the lakes in the area are open all year round.
If you don't want to fish by boat or want a quieter experience there is plenty of river and stream fishing as well. There are 63 tributaries and the Truckee River to choose from and all can make for a great day of fishing. Depending on the time of year, you could fish for Kokanee salmon, or many varieties of trout; such as Lake, Rainbow and Brown Trout.
